Building a biotech brand in real time — from merger to acceleration
Overview
When two early-stage biotechs merged to form nChroma, they needed more than a website — they needed a brand that could move as fast as their science. In under one month, ICS launched an MVP brand and site that made the new company real to investors, partners, and employees. Over the following nine months, that foundation evolved into a complete visual identity, investor narrative, and full website built for growth.
The Challenge
Two complementary genetic-medicine platforms — each with their own history, culture, and science — were coming together under one new name.
