Arnatar’s dual-regulation RNA platform—capable of siRNA-based downregulation and gene upregulation—was scientifically groundbreaking but hard to grasp quickly for investors and potential BD partners–a must in this fast-paced biotech environment. Arnatar needed a website refresh that would make the potential of their platform science clear, the brand credible, and ensure that the launch-week PR landed with confidence. And they needed it fast.

Our approach: clarity and focus
Clarity, first.
We distilled a complex scientific concept into a clear platform story anyone could follow. A short discovery sprint combined ecosystem and messaging analysis to nail how to explain the dual-regulation advantage.
Design intentionality.
Arnatar’s visual language was completely rebuilt. We defined levels of visual fidelity—from attention-grabbers to mechanism-of-action diagrams—and set clear animation e early, allowing for scroll-guided storytelling that stayed within scope.
Lifecycle fluency.
We replaced the standard pipeline graphic with a modular component that can flex as Arnatar grows—communicating progress, partnerships, and programs without rebuilds.
Partnership mindset.
Weekly touchpoints, transparent rate-limiting steps, and one decisive client lead kept decisions fast and alignment tight. Every stage was framed so internal stakeholders could see (and defend) the process.
