As we’ve said before, we’re totally into parallax scrolling websites. The Story of Jess & Russ is a particularly nice example of the format. A collaboration between the happy couple, designers Jessica Hische and Russ Maschmeyer, the site employs illustration contributed by their friends, and does a pretty fantastic job of it in my opinion. The scrolling effect adds a subtle, paper-like animation effect to the illustrations. Combined with great typography, this one’s a winner.
